The Stock Take System allows the stock details of products to be frozen while a count of actual stock takes place. Actual stock is then entered against stock levels on the system and an update takes place to correct stock levels.

Stock Take List & Optional Freeze

This program allows products, with non-zero stock, within one or more sections to be frozen (if required), while the stock take takes place. A spool print is produced showing the current stock level (optional), with space made available for the count to take place.

Stock Take Entry

This program allows the user to enter the actual stock level, into the system, for each product within a selected section.

Stock Take Variation Listing & Optional Update

This program prints the stock take variation giving details of the variance between computer stock and actual stock. If the user selects to update stock, then the stock record is updated with the new actual stock and a movement created for the variance quantity.

Stock Take Entry using Hand Held Terminals

Software is available that allows the entry of actual stock levels using radio frequency Hand Held Terminals.
